Nikita is the Director of Earlyhood Recruitment Sydney. She first started her recruitment journey when she co founded her first recruitment business in 2012 called Lullaby Nanny Care who specialised in inhome care services. Nikita went on to manage other recruitment agencies before founding Earlyhood Recruitment.
