With 18 years of experience working within talent management and event staffing, Carla has successfully managed recruitment of event staff for well known brands like Samsung, Blackmores, and Medibank Private.

Now with a young family in day care herself, Carla wants to make a difference and has made the move into Early Childhood Recruitment.

With a passion for client and candidate relationships, she is driven to improve the staff shortage and quality challenges she has seen first hand that the industry currently faces.
