How to join

Joining is simple and only takes a few minutes. Submit your resume to get started. Once we have received your details, our consultants will guide you through the onboarding process and set you up in the Earlyhood system.

You will then receive a link to download the foundU app, where you can manage your work schedule, update your availability and accept shifts directly from your phone.

The foundU app allows employees to conveniently clock in and out, update availability, submit leave requests, and manage personal information directly from their mobile device. Attendance data is instantly integrated into the foundU Platform, making payroll processing more efficient. Please note that the foundU app requires an active foundU Platform to function.

How the app works

The foundU app is designed to make your day-to-day work easier and more flexible.

1. Receive shift notifications
   When a centre posts a shift that matches your availability and qualifications, you will receive an instant notification with all the details.

2. Accept or decline
   You can review the shift information, including the centre name, hours and pay details, and then choose to accept or decline directly in the app.

3. Clock in and out
   On the day of the shift, use the app to clock in and out at the centre. This automatically records your worked hours.

4. Shift verification and payment
   After the centre verifies your shift, the system processes the timesheet and ensures you are paid promptly.
